Thank you for choosing me as your photographer.
This agreement outlines the booking process, session policies, and delivery details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both sides.
By booking a session and, where applicable, paying a booking deposit, you confirm acceptance of the terms outlined below.
1. Booking & Session Reservation
To reserve a session date and time, a booking fee or deposit may be required, depending on the session type and advance notice.
Once received, the session is considered confirmed, and the reserved time is held exclusively for you.
2. Payment Terms
The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot, after the session has taken place and prior to the delivery of the final images.
3. Deposit Policy
Where a booking deposit is required, it is non-refundable, as the date and time are reserved exclusively for the client and other bookings may be declined.
4. Weather Exception
If extreme weather conditions prevent an outdoor session from taking place, the deposit may be transferred to a new date or refunded.
5. Rescheduling
I understand that plans may occasionally change.
Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.
With sufficient notice (minimum 48 hours), the booking deposit may be applied to a new date.
Rescheduling requests made with less notice may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
6. Session Duration
Session coverage is based on the time reserved at booking and begins at the scheduled start time.
Late arrival does not extend the session duration, and the session will conclude at the originally agreed time, as sessions may be scheduled consecutively.
7. Image Delivery
Each package includes a curated gallery of professionally edited images.
The photographer selects the final images for editing and delivery to ensure visual consistency, storytelling, and overall gallery quality.
8. RAW & Unedited Images
RAW files and unedited images are not included in any photography package.
Editing is an essential part of the photographer’s artistic process and final work.
RAW files may be purchased separately under a buyout agreement, subject to availability and licensing terms.
9. Editing Style
Final images are edited in a style consistent with the photographer’s portfolio and artistic vision.
By booking, the client confirms familiarity with the photographer’s work and editing approach.
Requests to replicate another photographer’s style or specific references are not guaranteed.
10. Additional Image Editing
Additional images beyond the package selection may be edited upon request and are subject to an additional fee.
Pricing for extra edits will be communicated upon request.
11. Copyright & Image Usage
All photographs remain the intellectual property of the photographer.
Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use, including social media sharing and printing.
Commercial use or third-party editing is not permitted without written consent.
12. Portfolio Usage & Privacy
The photographer may use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.
Client privacy is always respected.
If you prefer your images not to be shared publicly, simply let me know at any time — before or after the session — and your request will be honored without question.
